Double room to let in clean, friendly family home. We are a young couple with a (well behaved) 3 yr old daughter.
Room is fully furnished including double bed, wardrobe, t. v. with sky, unlimited broadband. £90pw includes all bills.
The house has a large kitchen and bathroom and access to dining room and small yard. Nice location, close to all amenities and on road parking if needed.
We are looking for a friendly, tidy female preferably professional who doesn't mind sharing a house with a young child.
