We have a double room available in our large Georgian town house situated in a prime location - it’s just a 5 minute walk to the town centre or Albert Road, and a 10 minute walk to the seafront.

The room is on the upper floor and has two windows - one overlooking the back garden, and the other overlooking the front of the house. There is also a huge bathroom next door.

The house itself is pretty old however the landlord has modernised many of the amenities to offer a historic and warmly feel. There is a shared lounge and a large kitchen on the lower ground (includes a washing machine and tumble dryer) and two bathrooms - one has a bath, the other a shower.

We also have a big private garden which is great in the summer and a gym room upstairs that you are free to use.

Currently living in the house are 3 guys, all in our early thirties, who are looking for another professional who is clean and considerate.

We’re very easy to get on with, and enjoy socialising on the weekends.

The rent comes to £430 per month, which includes council tax, water, electricity, and gas. Our landlord lives in Kent, and doesn’t require a deposit.
