Unfurnished double room in a friendly, professional house. The house is finished to a high standard and has a communal furnished living room, communal bathroom, communal kitchen and 3 double bedrooms. There is also a small boxroom we use for extra storage. The available bedroom is on the ground floor and is at the back of the house, so there is minimal traffic noise. The house is modern, clean and warm. Parking is on-street and there are usually spaces whatever time of day. The kitchen has a built-in oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and all the other amenities you would expect. The bathroom is on the ground floor also and has a decent hot shower over the bath. There is also a tidy, sunny decked garden at the back of the property.
