Hello,
I am looking for two friendly, sociable and tidy housemates to house share with me. I am a 24 year old ex-student now working in the city centre. I am ideally looking for young professionals or final year students who don't mind animals as I have a cat.
Both rooms come fully furnished with double wardrobes, desk and a TV. Currently there are single beds but rooms can easily accommodate doubles.

There is a shared living room towards the front of the house with the dining room and kitchen at the back, complete with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The property has a small courtyard garden at the back, perfect for BBQs in the summer.
Upstairs is the shared bathroom with bath/shower.
It is located only 10 minutes walk from the city centre and university buildings and on street permit parking is available outside.

The property has been refurbished with modern décor within the last two years but doesn't have all the mod cons hence cheaper price.
I will be happy to show you around on weekends and any time from 5pm weekdays.

A deposit of £250 per room is required and bills will be in addition to the rent.
