A spacious double bedroom to let in a friendly professional house in Southsea. Close to the seafront.

The property is less than a 5 minute walk to Albert Road (popular area of Southsea with plenty of pubs and restaurants), a 15 minute walk to Fratton train station.

Stores such as the Co-op, Lidl’s, Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s and Asda are also a short walk away.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedding (unless own is preferred), 2 wardrobes, a side table and chest of drawers. It is a south facing room overlooking the garden.

Shared areas include lounge with virgin cable TV, an upstairs bathroom, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, south facing patio garden and a large BBQ.

All bills are included.

On street parking is available, although a parking permit is required between the hours of 5pm-7pm. Free parking is located in Saint Augustine Road, just a short walk away.

I am looking ideally for a female housemate who is in full time employment, who is clean and tidy.

Rent is £420 per month. Minimum of 6 months.

References and a deposit of a months rent will be required.

The house will be shared with myself and my two miniature dachshunds; Wilson and Coco. It would be great if you are a big lover of dogs and willing to let them in and out of the garden during your stay.


The room will be ready to move into from the 1st of July.
