A clean and tidy spacious single room available Monday to Friday in Tadley. The house is located within walking distance of Tadley centre and AWE.
The room is furnished with a small double bed 4ft wide, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and bedside table.
The house is well furnished and clean and tidy within walking distance of shops and transport routes in Tadley town centre. The house is well equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave in the kitchen. In the lounge there is a TV with freeview and a DVD player. I can also provide a TV for the room with Freeview and DVD player.
Wifi is available in the house subject to a fair usage policy.

The rent includes use of the house and its contents. The house is occupied by one professional male. The room will be cleaned weekly and fresh bedding supplied on a weekly basis.

Parking space available.

Monday to Friday preferred but I will consider 7 days, rent for Mon-Fri would be £360 per month, for 7 days £400 per month. A security deposit of £400 is payable with the first months rent. I will require references.
