The cost is inclusive of all bills and the landlord is quick to sort out any problems shoukd they arise. The price is per room, but as the landlord lives out you have full access to the rest of the house and garden. The room is perhaps more tired than others you may have seen, but fully functional. This is reflected in the price. The house is kept clean and tidy and we have a gardener on hand that helps to maintain the garden when required.
