Property is central to great transport links and is very accessible to Fareham, Whiteley, Gosport, Portsmouth and Southampton as it's only 2 miles to the Motorway - M27, Good Bus Links and 2. 5 miles to the nearest Train Station (Swanwick).

1 Mile to two local shop's NISA and TESCO EXPRES5.
& ABSHOTT COUNTRY CLUB (TENNIS, GYM, SQUASH AND SWIMMING AVAILABLE).

Property is a new build in a block of 6 apartments and the noise levels are very minimal. There is a Communal Garden, Bike Shed and Bin Store (with recycle points).

We are a young relaxed couple. Both are non smokers and work full time. We would like to make you conscious of any excessive noise in the evenings and only sometimes in the day when I occasionally sleep after a night shift.
We want the new tenant to look after the furniture in the property, be clean and tidy especially in all the communal areas.

We do have a small dog which is a Shih Tzu. She does not moult so should not affect anyone with allergies. She is still young but is reasonably clean and is very quiet. No smells to the flat

Would prefer a young working professional / student but would consider all people interested.

Not fussed on Smokers as long as they smoke outside of the flat.

Rent comes with all bills included (minus food & toiletries etc).
Washing powder, washing up liquid, toilet rolls and handwash are included.

Would prefer that the tenant use the electric power shower, instead of baths.

We have a modern silent ventilation system built in the property to keep it at a reasonable temperature, this system makes clothes washing dry quicker than usual. We have only ever switched on the heating once and it got way too hot, so we do tend to leave it off (would obviously stick heating on if it gets really cold).

Double room is in a clean, fresh looking state and is a very good size.
-Comes with 2x Bedside Table, Chest of Drawers, Lamp and a Clothes Rail (will need your own bed). Can get hold of a single bed if required for you?!
