Single person only please to rent a clean tidy double bedroom fully furnished with double bed and large wardrobe. Nice part of Totton. Near to college, bus stop outside and Southampton city centre 5mins in car. We would like someone who is friendly and easygoing and will respect my home. We don't mind a smoker but no smoking in the house, only in gardens. The house has 2 lounges with flat screen TV's. 3 gardens, back, side, and front with parking for several cars all within an enclosed fence. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern items, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. We have 2 pet cats. So if you think you are the right person for this room please contact ASAP
