I have a double room for a suitable clean and tidy professional lodger. Most bills are included such as gas, electric, council tax and super fast broadband.
Your room will come fully furnished with double bed, bed side table and big double wardrobes to fit in all your belongings. It will be cleaned and ready for you to move in but on going cleaning will be down to you. There is the near sole use of the family bathroom which is adjacent to the room, an added bonus.
As well as your room you will have use of all communal areas such as a large fully equipped kitchen/diner lounge and garden. Use of Washing machine, fridge and some space available in the freezer if needed.
You must like a friendly dog Lewie as he comes with the owner.
i would be happy to discuss dinner sharing sometimes if you are socialable.
I am located close to all the shops, 5 minute walk to main london line train station and bus stop into the New Forest.. There is parking for a small car at the front of the house but ample parking in street.
You can have use of the washing machine and a nice and tidy garden to hang out.
I am happy to discuss short or long term but no less than two months.
