Live out landlord, apart from access to office/store room on very rare occasions.

Property is partly furnished with double bed, sofa's, dining room table, chairs & side cabinet, tv, stand & audio (open to discussion if you prefer your own). Both rooms have large wardrobes (1 built in). Can provide extra if required.

All mod cons including dish washer, microwave, gch, alarm system. The house is clean, tidy & well looked after. No smoking, no pets, no small children.

Looking for honest, trustworthy, friendly professionals ie. 2 friends/work colleagues to house share, or a couple to take over both rooms, or working single parent/parents with older child. Bonus if you like gardening, but will organise a regular gardener if needed. No specific gender.

Accommodation is provided with long-term for the ideal tenant.

Bishops Waltham/ Wickham/ Fareham/ Botley all very close with access to great shops - butchers, fishmongers, bakery, supermarkets, hairdressers, coffee shops, fabulous pubs & great restaurants/Wine bars - even a top of the range Golf Course & Gym if you need one!
