Double and single room available - Warsash

From Jan a double room and single room will be available in a 3 bedroom house Warsash.

The double room is furnished with a double bed, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers and double wardrobe.

The single room is furnished with a small double bed, built in wardrobe, small desk and fold up chair.

The rest of the house is shared areas. We have a front room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, bathroom and downstairs toilet.

Rent per month for the double is £415 and the single room is £300, this includes all bills. The only thing we pay for separately is a cleaner that comes into the house every week.

We have broadband internet and wifi. There is a flat screen tv in the front room but we only have free-view.

The house has a driveway and plenty of off road parking. It is a 10 minute walk away from the local shops and the river Hamble shoreline and Maritime College.
We have a garage for storage and a conservatory and garden which is lovely in the summer.

The person living in the house is a professional who works in an intensive job role. When not at work they are quiet and chilled, would be nice to have someone of a similar characteristic.

This house is perfect for anyone studying at the maritime college in Warsash as it is so close to the college.
