Hi, I live in a 3 bed house with my 2 cats. All the rooms are spacious, i have garage space for motorbikes/cycles and storage in the loft if needed. a drive way for parking off-road. 10 mins walk from waterlooville town centre. 5 mins walk from london road and mill road for bus routes.
i work full time and swim a couple of nights a week. i'm friendly, pretty laid back and reasonable and prefer people the same.
i'm open to any suggestions on term and happy to negotiate on rent and deposit. i'm looking for someone to share that is relaxed and happy to chat when we're both in. i'm not a stuffy old land lady even if i do have 2 cats :)
