I have a single furnished bedroom to rent out. It has a very comfortable single bed with deep memory foam topper, 2 shelves, 2 double plugs, aerial point, pine wardrobe with 3 drawers under and 3 wicker baskets on top to store belongings, drawer under the bed. Room has a lockable handle.

Ideally would suit business professional working mon-fri in the area, or individual inbetween homes that has storage elsewhere. I do not have a landline or broadband, so a dongal would be needed for internet use.

Rent is £210 PCM or I would consider a pay by night for a mon-fri business professional.

About the household -
I am a 32 year old female professional working as a health visitor. I have a son who is nearly 3. He is a delightful boy, who is in a very good routine, and spends every other weekend with his dad. We are a relaxed and fun family. My home is strictly non-smoking. I have a lovely large south facing garden with patio and table/chairs, I have a conservatory, lounge, kitchen/diner and family bathroom. I am able to provide a shelf in the fridge and freezer, cupboard and drawer in the kitchen. There is a parking space on the drive, and the home is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Widley near two lovely pubs that play regular live music, and near local shops and takeaways.
