I will have a spare room (although more of a house share) available to let sometime in June. The room is freshly decorated this week and can come either furnished or unfurnished. I also recently fitted a brand new luxury bathroom to the property and I am always improving the living space. A large back garden with plenty of open space and South facing so lots of sun!!

All bills are inclusive and also included is the full use of the rest of the house and it's utilities such as very fast Virgin broadband, TV with TiVo box, washing machine, drier, dishwasher, all kitchen facilities, 30 foot garage gym, front and back garden and more.

The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a very safe and sort after location in Waterlooville. Within a 2-3 minute walk of a Tesco Express, 0. 9 miles to Waterlooville town centre and a five minute drive to the Asda superstore. Very friendly neighbours and good links to public transport routes such as the A3(M)/A3, A27/M27 and M3. Portsmouth, Chichester, Petersfield, Guildford and London are all within a stones throw.

I am a driven, straight talking, professional male, I am very tidy and will only consider VERY clean, honest, professional people. I sometimes work away so at times the house will be yours alone. I do have a large dog so Ideally looking for a dog person (the dog comes with me when I work away).
