House in quiet location

I have a single room available initially until the end of March 2019.. However, there is a chance the contract could be extended.. This is a small room for a rent of £55 pw in a semi-detached house, located in a quiet close. All bills are included. The house is a 10 min drive from the town centre. A few mins' walk away is a One-Stop Shop and further down the road (10min walk)there are various takeaways, a Co-op supermarket and pharmacy. It is a 5min walk to the bus stop from where buses run to Waterlooville, Portsmouth and Havant.

The room has a double bed with storage, a fitted wardrobe & fitted chest of drawers.
The upstairs shower & toilet are shared. The kitchen is also shared. The sitting room is not available to tenants but a dining room with TV is available. The washing machine is available to use & a coin-operated dryer(no drying of clothes permitted in bedroom.) If preferred, there is a launderette, 5 mins' drive away.
There is parking available in the close, but consideration must be shown towards neighbours. Only one vehicle please and no commercial vans.
I am looking for someone who is in full-time employment (regular daily hours-no night shift workers- sorry)Someone who is clean and respects house rules. In addition, you need to be someone who will fit into my household;- someone who is calm & doesn't become offended when asked to stick to house rules.
