The Granary is a self-contained 'annex'. It is a Grade II listed building with exposed beams and bags of character. It is separate from the main thatched barn (where I live with my wife, little baby girl and dog), and sits in the grounds of a 2 acre plot. We are 800m from the edge of Canada Common and the New Forest. Inside, it has its own fully fitted kitchen (with microwave convection oven and fridge). The bathroom has a shower, sink and loo. There is a double bed and mattress (no linen provided), bedside table, small collapsible dining room table with two wicker chairs and a chest of (3) drawers. There is no washing machine. Outside, there is plenty of space to park, and a separate barn if you want/need some extra storage space (agreeable under separate arrangements). There is a private shingled garden to the rear of the Granary. We are seeking a professional non-smoker, who is preferably a weekly commuter, but we are happy to chat about other options if the situation is right. No pets or any smokers at all please. Room available from Sat 17 Jan 15 to occupy, but viewing able at any time on weekends or early evenings. Rent includes all bills. There is no telephone point in the Granary but Wifi is available to draw from the main house.
