Perfect for short term stay; 2 nights (minimum) - 4 nights (maximum) a week. Would suit a contractor or someone wishing to break their weekly commute a couple of nights a week.

Would also consider a temporary let.

Comfortable single bed in a double room with en suite bathroom.

Towels, bedding and cleaning.
Off road parking for one car.
Use of WiFi and shared lounge.

Whitchurch is a small, semi rural town surrounded by accessible countryside. Easy access to Andover, Winchester, Newbury and Basingstoke.
Ideally placed for the A303, the A34 and the M3. Small local shops and pubs. Train station with easy access (55 minutes) to London Waterloo.

Ideal for a professional female working away from home during the week. The house is owned by one resident house cat so any prospective lodger must get on with felines!

The room is available 4 nights a week from Monday night to Thursday night inclusive. Sunday night could also be made available instead of a weekday - please email your requirement and we will try to help.

Flexible on number of nights per week. Minimum of 2 nights @ £25 per night.
3 nights = £75 per week
Maximum of 4 nights @ £100 per week.

Rent payable monthly, in advance. Deposit and reference required.
