Two single sized bedrooms available, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. New bedsheets, duvet and covers included if you wish to use them. Both bedrooms look out over the garden and grass fields outside. Also included is a shared living room (specifically for both lodgers) which includes 2 desks, chairs, sofa and 42" plasma screen with virgin XL cable. Wireless, or wired broadband available. There is a main living room as well (where I will spend most of my time) which you'll obviously be welcome to use too!

The entire house is being professionally redecorated throughout (pictures to follow). There is an integrated garage with a spare overflow fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, a dart board(!) and spare space if you have things to store. There are 2 parking spaces out front, other off road parking spots dotted around along the road and plenty of visitor parking. The house backs on to the Meadowside leisure centre - so it's a 30 second walk to a reasonably priced gym if you require. Tesco is also a few minutes walk away to get your shopping.

It's a 3 bedroom town house, I am the live-in landlord. I'm an air traffic controller working at the control centre in Swanwick, I lead a fairly sedate lifestyle right now as I'm currently being trained so the vibe of the house will be calm and easy-going. My preference would be housemates of a similar age (I'm 28), professional with a relaxed outlook like myself.
