Double room to rent

Double bedroom with built in wardrobes and own large bathroom with bath and shower in a lovely well presented and clean house. Really nice area shopping centre within walking distance and links to all main routes Portsmouth or Southampton. Ideally like someone who works nights or shifts so you have your own space as much as u do as I work straight days. Someone who is busy and independent like me. Don't mind you having partners to stay a couple of nights a week. Must be really clean and tidy. All bills in and own private parking space too. I'm pretty laid back overall used to sharing but my housemate is now buying her own home and moving on. I have also ticked smoking but only smoke in the garden. This is a no smoking room.
Will reduce rent if it's Monday to Friday only.
