To rent - lovely dual aspect double room overlooking the river, 5 minutes walk to centre of Winchester. I am looking for an easy going, clean and tidy professional Monday - Friday flatmate. Broadband and bills included. Permit parking available.
The house is no smoking, but if you do smoke you are welcome to use the balcony.
The agreement will be for a minimum of three months. Rent is £400 per calendar month (inclusive of all bills, except telephone).
Half a month’s rent is asked for as a deposit. Rent is paid monthly in advance and one month’s notice of your intention to leave is requested. The room is available from 29th March 2013.
