Single Room View to garden

Vegetarian female wanted for single room. The single room was recently replastered and redecorated. Non-vegetarians also considered as long as they are happy with no meat or fish cooking. Pre-cooked/cured/smoked meat and fish in fridge is fine. The house is a Victorian terrace full of character very near to the train station and five minutes walk from the town centre with local shops and take aways minutes away. The room has a brick fireplace and stripped floorboards and looks onto the mature garden. We are a family of musicians and music teachers. All bills included.
