Must be clean and tidy, including the shared areas of my home. The house is in tax band C and situated in a lovely area, with nice walks. Also, very close to local amenities, including 2 supermarket - Spar-numerous takeaways, restaurant, cafe and coffee shop, tennis club etc.
I have 3 cats, not allowed in the bedrooms. Bus or walk into the town and train station. This room will be available in June. There is on street parking too. Must like cats.
