The house is extremely close to the uni about two minutes away (if that!)

The bedroom is a fair sized single room. There is also a reasonably big garden and drive as well.

The interior of the house is very modern with two bathrooms. The kitchen/lounge is quite big with a 42 inch telly and a washing machine + tumble dryer.

You would be sharing with 7 other people (two guys and five girls) Who do a various range of subjects (Contemporary Performance, Vocal and Choral Studies, Teaching, Sport Science and Creative Writing)

The house is run by Super Uni Housing and are very understanding and quick with any problems that may occur.

The rent is £428 (Bills Included) There is also a deposit required of £300 and a £120 admin fee which can be spilt up into two payments.

Also the contract will run up until June 2012.
