Car parking spaces outside the house. Situated 10 minute walk into town or a stones throw from the motorway. Tesco is a minutes walk away. Buses at the end of our road every 15 minutes.
I have owned the property for the last 11 years and renovated the whole house. I am 45 and my boyfriend is 38. We are friendly and good fun but like to chill out! We have a 4 year old border terrier who is uber friendly and likes a cuddle!
My last lodger has been with us happily for a few years but is moving in with boyfriend.
