The house is in a very peaceful area opposite the water meadows and is within walking distance of the town centre, Cathedral, Winchester College and the famous Wykeham Arms. There is parking on a private gravel drive and easy access to the motorway. Freshly decorated in Shaker style with double bed, shutters, chest of drawers and hanging pegs. Clean and stylish bathroom and homely open plan kitchen with Aga. I have one small and friendly dog and Wifi and parking for one car is available free of charge. Occasional weekend stays by arrangement.

I am looking for someone who wants to stay in quality accommodation in Winchester from Monday to Friday. So my room would suit a non-smoking, professional working locally in the week and going home at weekends.
