Large single ensuite in central Winchester

I have a large single room with new ensuite shower available for a Monday to Friday let* in my newly decorated 3 bedroom town house. Bed linen and towels can be provided and the room will be cleaned for you every week, so you do not need to worry about housework! All bills are also included.

The room will be available again from Monday 10 March 2014.

The property has high ceilings and large windows and is a part of a converted workhouse on a lovely private development. Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and the town centre, and around 10 minutes walk from the leisure centre, it is ideally located to benefit from all Winchester has to offer.

The room would suit a professional looking for quality midweek accommodation in Winchester.

I am flexible on length of stay and will accept short lets of at least 1 month. Please contact me for further details....

There is free parking and wifi. You would be sharing the house with myself and my cat.

* A Monday to Friday let is for someone who works away from home during the week and arrives and mine on a Monday evening after work and leaves on a Friday morning.
