Large double room in friendly 4-bed mid-terrace

Hi! We’re looking for a sociable male professional, ideally active, keen to make new friends as well as find somewhere nice to live and house-trained :-). Current housemates are two girls and a guy, aged 25-33. We’re generally a friendly bunch with a circle of friends and former housemates around Winchester who like climbing, going out for breakfast, movie nights and games nights, hosting BBQs and meals, yoga classes etc.

The available room is on the 1st floor room, furnished with a kingsize bed, built wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has a communal living room/dining area, kitchen, main bathroom, downstairs loo and shower, office room. There’s a garden (good for BBQs!), a shed for bike storage and parking on the driveway or the street (no permit needed).

We’re located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Winchester. The town centre is a 5-10 minute drive away, or a 30-minute walk. Around the corner is a bus stop, with regular buses to the train station and town centre, and a Tesco Express. Aldi and Waitrose are a 20-minute walk/5-minute bus ride/drive away, and there’s easy access to the A34 and M3.

The rent is £500pcm all included - rent, bills, council tax, broadband/TV/wifi - and is due at the start of each month. The landlord asks for the first and last month's rent in advance, so £1000 altogether, but it means you don't pay the last month's rent when you want to move out.
