We have double room available on the top floor of our lovely 6 bed townhouse. We are a family living there with 2 girls (4 and 2) but rent out the 2 bedrooms on the top floor (there is a 22 year old professional girl) also living with us. We are very open to ST lets and Mon-Fri rental. You have access to spacious kitchen/dining area. Washing machine/tumble drier. Wifi access and all bills included . We are 5 min walk to city centre/train station. Unfortunately, we don't have parking.
