Hi, I have a very clean unfurnished double room in my 2 bed fully furnished apartment in a sort after location in Winchester. Less than 5 mins from the train station and the City Centre, also quick access to the M3. Would suit a quiet / clean professional, No couples or DSS. Although the room is unfurnished the rest of the apartment is nicely furnished with a very cosy and very large living room all furnished with a large balcony, Modern Bathroom and clean tidy kitchen with all newish white goods, all for your use. I run a local business and am out all day, a few weeknights and weekends away. The Room has just been freshly painted white and has a built in wardrobe. The location is great as its right next to the City's Park, Riverpark leisure Centre, Winchester Hotel & Spa and more.
