We have double room in family home

We live in woodpeckers drive off Stockbridge Road. It has waitrose, Aldi and lots of small shops 50 yards away on stoney lane and a bus stop at end of road.

Train station is 10-15 min walk and uni is (depending where you are not too far to walk - we had a uni student (a family friend) who occasionally stayed and walked.

Room is furnished with double bed, mattress and sink and can provide duvet and pillows if you require. sideboard and draws/cupboard space provided. We run a food business so have loads of freezer/fridge space (would find you an area you could call your own)

152mb wifi (in reality 60-90) sky TV and movies/Netflix etc. (second loving room usually for kids but during evenings empty usually (although it can get a bit cold!) with virgin on demand and sky etc

Large garden (we're very lucky) and off street parking

Bathroom (almost exclusive use) and shower room opposite - also sink within double room.

Looking for a female student since our daughter flew the nest recently.
450 deposit and £450 per month, but we would not charge if a complete month is vacant during summer
