Lodger/house sitter wanted. Pleasant double room and bathroom in beautiful four bedroom house in north part of Winchester with wardrobe/desk/double bed. . Friendly owner who keeps house well maintained. Ideal for mature student.

The house has three bathrooms so you have sole use of main bathroom with bath and shower 90% of the time. Excellent pressure on showers
There will be separate cooking area if desired and large family room with doors on to the garden. Own fridge.

Prefer lodger who is a cat lover and who would be prepared to take care of them in landlords absence. (Late January to early April) they just need feeding and a little bit of attention. Regular cat sitter can also help out. This is not a house share, but renting a room in owner's house
Beautiful garden, detached house, quiet, centrally heated. Good parking. About 15 minutes walk to town/station or access to buses every 15 minutes in Worthy Lane. Bike storage

You need to be clean tidy, like cats and someone who would respect my house.

Free Wi fi (Fibre optic) provided; some bills included up to a maximum level when owner abroad. Above price would cover most of bills for one person, or this can be discussed/negotiable.

Might suit someone who wants enjoys peace and quiet - I go away regularly at weekends.
