Young professional houseshare in Winchester

Two friends seeking third person for young professionals’ house share in Winchester.

Due to our housemate moving in with her boyfriend, we have a spare double room available. You would be living with Charlie (girl), a 30yr old Marketing Executive for a large automotive company and Edd, a 31yr old IT consultant.

The house is a lovely four bed in Fulflood, Winchester. Just a stone’s throw from the train station, easy walk to town, south facing garden, top spec kitchen, two luxury bathrooms, one small box room with a futon that we keep as a spare for friends/hanging washing etc, separate dining and living room with wood floors and fireplaces, permit parking.... etc etc!! And a shed for bikes and BBQ!

We’re pretty outdoorsy and sociable with spare time spent climbing, cycling, camping, kayaking, cooking, at gigs, or in one of the great local pubs. Our house is a home and we often eat together and socialise in the evenings. The house is pretty tidy and we have a cleaner visit every other week.

The room has one built in wardrobe/cupboard but is otherwise unfurnished.

We’re looking for another young-ish professional who sees their house as a home, is up for pitching in and hanging out! £650 is an 'all in' cost per month and includes bills, Virgin fibreoptic broadband & TV, and cleaner.
