We have a double room available in a clean spacious 3 bedroom 3 story town house in central Winchester. £565pcm, bills included.

We are 2 friendly sociable professional girls looking for a third house mate. We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful, and enjoys a glass of wine! This is not a student dig, we treat the house like a home, not a rented property, and would hope you would too.

The house is only a 5 minute walk from the station, 10 minute walk to the high street.

We have outside space, a balcony, a garage, and plenty of space to park.

The house came unfurnished so what we have here is ours...anything you'd like to add would be great. You'd need your own bedroom furniture except the wardrobe (triple wardrobe inc with room which can't be seen in the photo.. bigger room then it looks!).
