Hi, we are three first year girls, one fashion marketing and two fashion and textile design at Winchester School of Art, who are looking for one more person to live with us next year. We have already secured our large flat which is located above Prezzo on Jewry Street in the city centre. It is a large bedroom big enough for a sofa, desk and double bed. It also has two bathrooms. Although the bedroom is unfurnished, the current tenants are willing to sell much of their furniture cheaply. The rent is £87 per week not including bills, and we need to find a new tenant by the end of April, so if you are interested please contact us as soon as possible.
