Large Spacious Double Room

Hi, I'm leaving university so looking for somebody to take over my tenancy. The contract ends in august but may be able to continue. Depends on the estate agent. The right person would have to come to goadsby with me to sign over paperwork and pay deposit and any relevant agency fees. The room is huge and I currently fit a King bed in there with plenty of extra space. It has a huge window and conservatory with a bathroom so close it's practically ensuite. The new tenant does not have to be a student however council tax will apply if not. I hope to hear from you lovely people!
