I have two rooms to let in my 3-bed semi in Teg Down Winchester, one double and one single. It's a very quiet area, yet still within walking distance of town and the station. If you know Winchester you'll know it's only a small place, so the house is handy for almost anywhere.
Utilities (gas, electricity, water, phone calls, council tax) are not included and will be charged at actual cost. There's a water meter and loft and cavity wall insulation.
The property has high-speed 30Mb broadband included and free cable TV channels with a TiVo box.
There is plenty of parking on the drive or the road.
There's a good-sized back garden, and there is a patio if you're feeling like sitting in the glorious English rain...
