Nice room for rent in quiet location

I have a three bedroomed house in the Poets Corner area overlooking Portsmouth Harbour / Ports Solent. The house is close to bus, train and major transport links. It is also close to Portchester and Paulsgrove shops. I am looking for someone tidy who is not a party animal at home. Talking of animals I have two very laid back greyhounds who live with me, so must like dogs. All bills are included including council tax. There is a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking outside and wireless broadband use. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage.
