Easy going, friendly and relaxed house in Yateley

Hi all, I have a small double room left in my 3 bed house in Yateley. The house has recently been redecorated and the room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. I have rented the rooms out for a few years now and people tend to stay until their circumstances change so I must be doing something right, the two who have recently left where there for nearly 4 years and 5 years!!!. There is a patio, garden with barbecues in the summer, sky+ tv, private wired broadband connection in everyones room as well as Wi-Fi connection, funky new bathroom with power shower. Loads of storage space in the garage, massive chest freezer and upright freezer for large shops. Great location - London in 40 mins, Reading in 20 mins, Camberley/Fleet/Farnborough in 10 mins, Guildford 35 mins, Dorset in 1 hour. located in nice quiet drive with off road parking - you can sleep peacefully with your windows open in the summer, a pub 4 minutes walk away, take aways, shops, golf, watersports and excellent fishing around the village, excellent access for M4/M3 and A3.

Tends to suit people 25+, it is a nice place to relax and socialise with your house mates if you choose.

I am now living with my girlfriend so there will just be the two of you living there by yourselves for the near future.
