1 Bright double rooms in quite location

One newly decorated room available in village location. Plenty of parking space and big garden within walking distance of local shops and pubs. Full built in wardrobes so plenty of room for clothes if like my partner you love shopping. We are a laid back couple our occupations are a builder (own company) and a care supervisor we like having a laugh and love all types of music. We have one other lodger who is a Paramedic. We spend weekends away throughout the year at motorbike rally's camping. If you come live with us you will need to like lots of people dropping in as we are always open house for our friends and family and you will need to be able to get along with children as we have 4 grandchildren who come and stay occasionally but not all at once We are very sociable and of course you must like animals as we have a cat and a big dog who is very soft. We are looking for anyone with a good sense of humour in any occupation. There are plenty of lovely countryside walks for those that love the fresh air. We live within 3 miles of our local hospital and have 3 big shopping centres in Camberley, Farnborough, Basingstoke within a 10 mile radius and we are only 15 miles from Reading and a new cinema/bowling complex just opened up in Camberley There is also a couple of nightclubs if that's your scene in nearby town. We have a new extension which is where we sleep with our own on-suite we will be down that end so you will have use of the main bathroom which is shared with other lodger. The Back Garden has plenty of room to sit and enjoy the Sun. Food is not included in the rent you will have part of a fridge to use separate from ours and a draw in the freezer in our garage which is right next to the kitchen. Big double cooker so plenty of room to cook, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Couples will be considered but the RENT WOULD BE £650 for the room. As far as bills go most of the costs are included in the rent but we do ask that if you run more than one computer or any other electrical equipment in your room other than a T. V/DVD then we will ask for an extra £10- £20 per month to go towards the running costs as we have found in the past that our bills have increased way beyond the norm for 4 people sharing. Telephone is for our private use only. You are responsible for the cleaning of your room and bathroom and must tidy up in the kitchen after use, you will be expected to muck in with the cleaning of communal areas E. G HALLWAY AND KITCHEN and yes that dose mean you will have to use a hover and of course your own laundry. We don't allow eating/drinking in the bedroom or smoking anywhere in the house. There is a double garage where you can go to smoke when weather is bad. Once we get to know you we don't mind you having friends over for meals and BBQ in the summer but notice would be appreciated although when we have one we usually all muck in and invite everyone over for a big one and we have an above ground pool out back too. We tend not to have set meal times as we are both busy working and can return late into the evening so its a cook when you feel like it house. So come join us and have a nice peaceful place to crash. We are happy to let the rooms for short periods if required but no less than one month for this a Holding deposit of £150 would be asked for prior to renting the room along with a months rent in advance. We are happy for rent to be paid in cash or direct debit only. We would also require a letter from your employer/guarantor before we consider renting the rooms out as we have had some bad experiences in the past.
