Lovely detached house in middle of Hay-on-Wye
I'm a mum of three, one of whom (16 year old son) lives with me.
i work full time in Abergavenny so am out most of the day, and my son is at Hereford Sixth Form College. Occasionally one of my older children may be at home too.
I'd like someone to live in one bedroom to contribute to my outgoings. They need to be very independent, working full-time with a car, and flexible enough to be able to fit around our routines. Someone fairly calm, organised, and tidy preferred.
We have a 3 year old golden retriever who is very affectionate and enthusiastic about life: dog walking will always be appreciated but is not compulsory!
