Huge double ensuite room Garway Monmouth Hereford

Room 1 - Monday to Friday = £500 per month. (all belongings removed from the room for the weekend)

7 days a week - £600 (£635 for Room 2) if you are registered at another permanent address for your Council Tax Bill

If you do not have a 'permanent' address at which you pay Council Tax then the monthly rent is £670 (£700 for room 2) due to the resulting loss of my Single Adult 25% discount

Room 1 as per photos is is a very large bright room on the 1st floor of a detached house with wood floor, comfortable king size double bed, ensuite shower room with basin and toilet and underfloor heating. Large built in wardrobe. Table to eat/work at. Sofa. Good lighting. 32 inch flat screen TV.

There is a small fridge, oven, hob and microwave in the room.

Room 2 is similar with superking size bed and has expansive views to the Welsh mountains. It is a very large ensuite room furnished similarly but with a bath and separate shower cubicle in the ensuite. This room is £635 per month if you pay council tax elsewhere and £700 if you don't (£535 Mon to Fri)

Sharing house with the owner who works mainly from home and sometimes another lodger or two.

Lovely garden facing Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons - miles of open countryside in view and amazing sunsets.

Good parking on the large drive

Garage with shop and car repair/mot workshop only 150 metres. Great pub The Garway Moon is 1 mile away.

You can use the washing machine, washing line and large airing cupboard to dry clothes.

Very large kitchen. Guests expected to generally take meals to their room to eat there and during COVID try to cook in the room/minimise use of kitchen.

I live here alone but my daughter stays here alternate weeks.

There is a bus 100m from house twice a day to Hereford. Takes an hour.

Monmouth 6 miles, Ross on Wye/M50 less than 15 minutes, Hereford 12 miles, Abergavenny 12 miles, Severn Bridge 40 minutes.
