Hi, i have a lovely furnished double room for rent, single occupancy. Available for Monday - Friday working professional. I also except short lets for a couple of weeks or months if required.
Semi-detetched house in Credenhill, which is on the outskirts of Hereford and a 10 minute drive into town. Quiet location with local shop, take-away ,doctors surgery & local bus service. Large back garden and parking on driveway at front of house.
The room comprises of double bed, bedside table, chest of draws and built in wardrobe. Includes use of kitchen, lounge, study and bathroom. Wi-fi available plus all bills included.
Must like pets as i have two, very friendly cats. Must be a non-smoker.
