Cosy Double Room in pretty Victorian Home
Short term lets and Monday - Friday available.
A simply and contemporary decorated double room, in a really nice Victorian house in White Cross area.
Currently with sofa bed - a new bed and base are on it's way - both comfortable. Or tenant can bring their own.
Otherwise fully furnished and happy to adapt to needs. The room is really warm, calm and faces the garden. I've thought about moving in myself!
White walls, so easy to make the room feel like your own in the short term.
House has a contemporary kitchen lovely large bathroom, shared living/dining. All mod cons.
Free on road parking, Sainsburys and Aldi 5 minute walk, town 10 minute, railway and bus station 25 minutes.
Calm household, share with owner who works part-time at home. Easy going and relaxed atmosphere. Not a party house anymore, or very often!
