This shared house consists of: a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with shared T. V, newly renovated bathroom/shower room and separate toilet. Front and back garden: grass lawn and decking area, shed in the back garden to store push bikes.

Cleaners visit the property once every two weeks to ensure the communal areas are kept to a high standard and a gardener looks after the outside maintenance. No fees apply and all bills are included to simplify the whole process. The property has access to unlimited fibre broadband and all other tenants are full time working.
