En-suite double and single room available

Front Room

Hey there,

I have two rooms available in my four bedroomed detached house. The double has a double bed, drawers, cupboard, desk and wardrobe. It has an en-suite bathroom. It overlooks the rear of the house in a beautiful and popular area of Hereford. 20 mins walk into town. Lots of parking space for the cars. Quiet cul-de-sac.

The single room has a single bed, wardroble and chest drawers.

I have a small dog and two cats. So you need to like animals.

I work full time, as does the other resident. We are both very chilled, social, people and like a laugh.

The house is lovely. Full central heating. Dishwasher, washing machine, tv. free Broadbank. I work full-time.

The rooms are for single occupancy, not couples. Bedding and towels supplied as are all kitchen utensils, ironing board etc.

There are two bus stops at the end of the road, but it is a lovely 25min walk into town. I drive into town every morning at about 8. 00, so more than happy to give lifts in.

Smoker welcome but need to smoke outside.
