Long and short stays in Family Home

Room to let large Victorian family home of two working professionals. Please note this is our home and we live here full time. This is not a shared or multi-occupancy house with absent landlord.

Double Attic room with lovely views over the town rooftops. Double bed, small desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, coffee table and armchair. TV (Freeview) Gas central heating and open fire (if you can be bothered to carry the coal up!) Shared shower room with the room opposite. Further bathroom and toilet down a floor. WIFI throughout the house. Full use of kitchen and laundry. Bedding and towels can be provided. Regular cleaner of communal areas. No additional bills.

We welcome short term guests / lodgers into our non-smoking home. Often they are working professionals on short term contracts in the area, and have a permanent address elsewhere. They might be people relocating to the area and needing to get 'a feel' for Herefordshire before buying or renting a house, or university students on work placements. We expect our guests to be in full time employment or be fully occupied. For more permanent stays, with this as your main and only home address please call us for a chat.

Our hosting is built on trust and compatibility, very laid back. House large enough for total privacy but a sociable chat over a glass a wine. Please complete your profile and upload a photo before contacting us to help us understand who you are and whether we will all get on.

We are a strictly non smoking household. Smoking outside only. Smoking of illegal substances will immediatly terminate any lodging agreement.

5 minute walk to Leominster town centre. 15-20 minutes to train station.

Single person £100 per week. Payment for long stays (Over 30 consecutive days) is two weeks in advance and two weeks deposit. Therefore £400 required when reserving the room. Proof of Id and employment required. Two references will be taken.

Double occupancy (over 30 days) £150 per week.

Short stays (1-30 days) Single person use: £27 per night / Couples £37
