Large Room / House Share

large room in three bed house, i am the male house owner and one other male lodger and am looking for someone to share the house.
I prefer a male professional worker Must have right to stay in UK and right to rent.
The house has a seperate shower and a bathroom although the toilet is shared. The house has a new fitted modern kitchen and a new lounge which is shared. You will have your own double bedroom with fitted lock there is a new double bed and mattress and a large mirrored wardrobe. The house has a brand new washing machine and a brand new dryer and a brand new dishwasher for your use. You can use all plates, cuttlery etc or use your own equipment and have your own seperate cupboards for food storage etc. I i have only been in the house just over a year so most things are new and clean.
There is a large garden with seating ideal for the summer.
I work days per week different hours shift work and am out of the house from 4.30-11.30 in evenings so the only other person around in the evening is the lodger who works 9-5pm. deposit required 6 months minimum let  £360 per month all bills included (council tax, water, gas, electric etc)
