It is in a quiet residential area with easy walking access to the town centre and would suit a single, professional person. There is off-road parking and wi-fi. The room is furnished and has free sat tv which could be upgraded to Sky if required. You would have access to a shared, fully-equipped kitchen. The garden is south facing, as is the room, and directly accessed from the conservatory. The conservatory and garden can be shared spaces.
