Room available APSLEY, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD available Now MON - FRI LET ONLY

Hi there I'm a friendly photographer and looking for a professional working housemate to share.

I have one room available a double room £400 per calendar month
MON to FRI let only - short lets up to a month at a time no problem.

FYI: Mon to Fri means gone Friday morning to work, and back anytime after 7pm sunday evening. No return in between.

I provide all towels and bedding and will wash and change at the weekend when you are gone.

Looking for someone friendly and tidy with hobbies/friends of own in full time employment who is out during normal working hours all week as I work from home.

Someone who loves cats as I have three (two are kittens)

The house is modern & clean with a big garden to share. Downstairs there is a study, living room, sweet kitchen, and gorgeous conservatory.

It is also only a few minutes walk from Apsley Station so ideal for commuters. There is also a large Sainsbury's near by and is ten minute walk from Hemel Hempstead Town.

The bathroom is shared and has a walk in power shower a metre square.

There is tv and satellite and WIFI and am happy for you to watch anything i am watching on tv in the lounge :) but if not please can you watch in your room.

In the kitchen, you have your own food cupboard and place in the fridge and freezer for your items and there is a washing machine and dishwasher . There is also under floor heating.

There is parking in the street outside normally without any problems. As we have both sides of the road to park.
